Bayfront Suites offers incredibly spacious, meticulously designed homes for a variety of guests. Upper Sunset South (not waterfront) is the place to stay if you are looking for lodging where you and your guests can fully unwind in a coastal chic, home in Key West. The comfortable design and luxurious amenities are second to none in Key West and are sure to make your stay, a memorable one.

Near the elevator and upon entering this three-bedroom three-bathroom suite via our secure electronic lock system, one will first notice the high-end interior design the vacation home has to offer. This three-bedroom condo has been delicately crafted with high end furnishings, detailed moldings, and modern amenities. Plush couches with strategic accent pillows, a combination of single king and double-twin bedroom options, coupled with luxurious sheets along with a kitchen that’s fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, disposal and all the culinary tools needed to create the finest cuisine.

This vacation home offers the most necessary amenity for a stay in the Florida Keys, a private and rather large, covered porch. Like a local, take a seat and lean back on your private porch to enjoy your morning coffee or take an afternoon break to read your favorite book. In Upper Sunset South, guests can find their view of nearby neighborhood rooftops and natural foliage of the “Meadows”, a local term for the surrounding area.

Beyond visual accommodations, Bayfront Suites also offers all the creature comforts one would need in their home away from home. Parking is provided for the vacation homes, and for the electric traveler, a car charging station is provided on the property. There is also complimentary wireless internet throughout the property, including the pool and tiki hut. Other amenities such as luxurious high thread count sheets, Virtual Concierges through Alexa, wireless thermostat and just in case you don’t get to the store in time, we provide your first morning’s coffee. The best part about these amenities, are that they align with Key West’s lifestyle to do good to Mother Earth. Bayfront Suites is a certified green building and LEED Certified, which means that a stay at Bayfront Suites is a step in reducing one’s carbon footprint.

Our unique pool design is perfect for any traveler including families. There is a dip area for shallow water enjoyment that kids love and designed for even the smallest of guests in mind. There are several ledges along the pool’s edge for relaxation. Situated on the water’s edge, enjoy the view while you soak. Plenty of lounge chairs and tables line the pool deck.

A rooftop deck was designed into the building of this fabulous small resort for guest’s enjoyment as well as to aid in providing a special area for which guests can have memorable events. We encourage guests to enjoy the panorama view from this rooftop deck overlooking Garrison Bight.

We can accommodate one vessel up to 11' beam per reservation at no additional charge.

"Very easy, a couple of basic maintenance issues when we first arrived, they had someone over within 30 minutes who resolved the issues quickly. Unit was exactly as described. only complaint was the walls between the units were a little thin and we got to hear a couple of drunken arguments late at night.

"Our 3 bdrm 3 bath unit was as described and better. It was very clean and and the quality was fantastic! We flew into the Key West airport and had bike rentals for the week. We had groceries and alcohol delivered from Publix (can take awhile). The pool was a hit with our group and the views of the bay were fantastic.

"Very nice condo. Clean with very nice amenities.
The screen to the balcony/porch didn't operate correctly -- it stuck and was hard to close. I never did find the lights to the porch. I called and was told someone would come check but they never did. Everything else was very nice.

"My husband and I and two other couples take an anniversary vacation each February. We spent four nights in Upper Sunset South and loved every moment! Very clean, great location, amazing views! The staff at Key West Vacation Homes were helpful from several days out until just before our departure. Only one issue, the elevator was not working during our stay. This would have been a serious problem if someone in our group had mobility issues but that wasn’t the case so it was a minor nuisance for us. Highly recommend, we will book here again on our next visit to KW!

Great condo away from the busier area of Key West

"Very clean and great layout for 4 adults and two kids having 3 beds and 3 full baths. This was a nice quiet area but an easy walk to Duval street and the busier areas of KW. My only recommendation for the property description is to state that this unit does not face the water, but does have a very nice large communal patio with tables and chairs with water views.

Great Condo for Family Vacation

"We normally stay near Duval when we travel to Key West but this location was perfect for our trip with extended family because we wanted a quieter location. The 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. We also enjoyed the pool on several days. All attractions and restaurants were an easy bike or car ride away. There was laundry available, but it was located in the common area, not in the condo. I would highly recommend this property for larger groups wishing to stay together.

"We really enjoyed our stay. The place was perfect for our needs, we had three couples traveling together and we each had our own room with our own bathroom, we also enjoyed the pool and the back deck. "5 of us stayed in this 3 bedroom condo. It was a beautiful condo, impeccably clean and nicely furnished. The management staff was extremely helpful. We had a minor problem with the lock sticking out last morning, and someone was there almost immediately. The only opportunity to improve this lovely place would be for management to add bigger coffee mugs ��. The location was also very nice. Much quieter than when we stayed on Duval Street last time we were in Key West!

"Our family was in Key West for a wedding from Jan 20-24. Our 3 bedroom condo was perfect for our stay. It was convenient to the airport and downtown—just a short Uber ride to anyplace we wanted to go. We rented a car but didn’t need it. The condo looked new and was equipped with everything we needed. Easy check-in and out.

Wonderful Condo - Second Stay @ Upper Sunset South

"Our group of five spent my birthday week at Bayfront Suites & Marina. This was our second time to rent this condo for my birthday trip. This unit is very well appointed and clean. It is located neat Duvall St. but far enough away you don’t have all the overnight noise.

We liked the condo so much in 2021 that we decided while we were there that’s where we would stay the next time we came to Key West. We rented a golf cart during our stay which makes parking downtown a little easier. There is parking at the condo so that is a huge plus.

The beds are comfortable and there are plenty of towels, as well as everything you need in the kitchen. There is an elevator to help with getting your luggage upstairs, however, it is very slow.

Check-in is a breeze, all by email. They sent us a door code and we had access upon arrival.

Loved our stay and we will be back!

"We have been to Key West about a dozen and times and this was, by far, the nicest rental experience we've ever had. Beautiful, 3 bedroom condo with large sitting and dining areas and fully equipped kitchen with top of the line appliances. We had a nice little balcony and there is a huge veranda common area that was very pleasant. We spent a lot of time in the pool too! the concierge and maintenenace man were very responsive. We rented a 4 person golf cart and went saltwater fishing and the concierge really hooked us up with the best of both. Only advice: bring quarters for the (nice) washers and dryers and bring an extension cord or two.

Great stay

"Very nice place. Very clean. Conveniently located within driving or walking distance to everything. Quiet neighborhood. It had some basic supplies like dishwasher soap, salt, etc which was nice to not have to buy. My only negatives were none of the rooms had closets for hanging clothes (the master had a small armoir) , there was no television service (TVs yes but only apps like netflix or Hulu), and the washer/dryer was outside the unit and for all the complex rather than inside. I thought we were renting a condo but it’s more like an upscale hotel. It is very nice and management was very responsive to all questions.

"Bayfront Suites was nothing less than exceptional. Great location that’s close to downtown but enough off the main strip so you don’t hear all the noise. Very clean faculties stocked with basics like soap, toilet paper, detergent, shampoos, and etc. we absolutely loved our stay there and would definitely stay there again for our next trip down to Key West! "This was our first trip to Key West. Found Bayfront Suites online. We needed 3 BR/3B and this was so much better than 3 hotel rooms. "My husband and three friends celebrated my 60th birthday in January 2021 by spending several days in Key West. We had a fantastic time and really enjoyed our stay in Upper Sunset South. The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. It was conveniently located to Duvall St, Mallory Square and a lot of the other things to do. We rented a golf cart so we had no trouble getting around or parking. My only complaint is the elevator was not working when we were there so we had to carry our luggage upstairs. Hopefully they have that fixed because we’ve already made our reservation for next January! Looks like this might be an annual birthday trip for all of us...and we are staying a whole week this time!
