Upon entering this four-bedroom four-and-a-half-bathroom suite via our secure electronic lock system, one will first notice the high-end interior design the vacation home has to offer. This four-bedroom condo has been delicately crafted with high end furnishings, detailed moldings, and modern amenities. Plush couches with strategic accent pillows, a combination of single king and double-twin bedroom options, coupled with luxurious sheets along with a kitchen that’s fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, disposal and all the culinary tools needed to create the finest cuisine.

This vacation home offers the most necessary amenity for a stay in the Florida Keys, a private and rather large, covered porch. Like a local, take a seat and lean back on your private porch to enjoy your morning coffee or take an afternoon break to read your favorite book. In Upper Sunset North, guests can find their view of nearby neighborhood rooftops and natural foliage of the “Meadows”, a local term for the surrounding area.

Beyond visual accommodations, Bayfront Suites also offers all the creature comforts one would need in their home away from home. Parking is provided for the vacation homes, and for the electric traveler, a car charging station is provided on the property. "Perfect location for our group! The unit was clean and plenty of room for everyone. Each room had its own bathroom, and we loved hanging out in the living room and balcony. Communication was great leading up to the trip as well during our stay. They kindly let us have a late check out due to the office was going to be closed the day we leave so we would not be able to use the luggage storage. There may have been some miscommunication with the cleaning company because they walked into the unit while we were still there, but I explained the phone call I had prior and messages I received confirming the late check out, and they did not return til we checked out. Overall, I would highly recommend this place if you are ever in Keywest and I will definitely keep it in mind if I ever return!!

Perfect stay for a large group

"We planned a trip for 16 people, and every single person was happy and impressed with the units. The space was clean and roomy, everyone had their own bathroom and loved to hang out in the living area. The communication leading up to the stay was incredible, and every time we contacted the rental group directly - they were helpful and responsive. We stayed a few years ago (and indication that we wanted to come back!) and noticed just a few things maybe needed a refresh - like paint on the walls or a small chip in the floor. But with what you get in the view, location, cleanliness and service, it’s a very small note of feedback.

"The Condo Association was quiet and very clean. A lot of amenities, like laundry room (free), pool, large gas grills, parking, powerful AC (a must have in Key West!). A great community area on the roof where you can relax with an ice machine and couches/chairs. and Easy check-in and Check-out.
Each room had a bathroom/shower with good hot water and pressure.
Each room also contained a wall mounted smart-television. The bedding was fresh and comfortable. The unit had plenty of living space with a large open concept kitchen/dining area/living room. Large refrigerator, coffee machine combo k-cup/drip. You’ll need to pick up your own k-cups/coffee. A large convenience store chain about 2 miles up the road, Deval Street is about 1 mile the other direction. We walked it the first early morning, without effort, but by mid-morning: Key West is very hot and humid, you will notwant to walk anywhere :). I would recommend a rental car or there are a lot of places to rent scooters, golf carts, bicycles etc. My last piece of general advice if you are still planning your trip—if you are a drinker you will enjoy Key West, but it isn’t ideal for non-drinkers.
I would definitely recommend this location, much more relaxing and less expensive than anything near Deval St.
If I go again, I will definitely choose this property.

Great stay

"We had a great stay at Upper Sunset North. The home was very clean and had plenty of space for 4 couples. The twin beds were converted to kings at our request. The home was well stocked and the laundry room across the hall was very convenient. The pool area is right on the marina and had plenty of loungers and chairs. It was about a 1 mile walk to Duvall street or an Uber ride was only $10 and very quick to arrive.There were also several restaurants with in a short walk. The property manager was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again

"Everything about the process was easy and the communication through the app was awesome! The location was great. Some of us walked into town every day while others took a quick Uber. Everything was in good shape. Only drawback was the heater in the pool made it uncomfortable when it already felt like 90 outside. The chiller had not been switched on, yet.

"Got together for a family wedding in Key West. Off to a poor start as we tried to drop off our luggage at the office...no one was there. After waiting some time, we were told we could go directly to the condo and just drop off there. The cleaner was at the condo, wouldn’t let us in, and we just sat outside until 4:01. The unit itself was wonderful, could use a few more things in the kitchen, but we enjoyed out stay. Note: the elevator was out the whole time there, which did encumber a few of our guests.

"Seven of us stayed 4 nights for a wedding. The unit and the property and grounds are in perfect condition. The view of the street from our balcony isn't great but there is a nice covered terrace a few steps out our door over the water and the marina. Our unit was essentially new. Very clean, modern and nicely decorated. The kitchen was clean and new, but could be better stocked with cooking utensils, etc. The bedrooms were good sized with nice mattresses and linens. Each bedroom had its own full bath. Only two of the bedrooms had places to hang clothes, but we made due. We were supposed to have 3 kings and one set of twins, but found we had two kings and two twins, but that worked out for us. The TV in the main room would not change channels, and one guest wanted to watch some sports and couldn't. It's about a mile from the downtown area and 1/2 mile to a small grocery, so be prepared to walk a lot or grab an Uber/Lyft. Rideshare services are fast, available in 1 to 2 minutes and inexpensive. A nice place that I would return to.

"Very nice unit in a walkable location. Nice outdoor deck and a heated pool. I would have liked a couple closets in the unit and also some sort of covering/blind in the master shower. We also loved the covered patio and spent a lot of time there. Overall a great unit I would stay at again!

"This place was great. The rooms and bathrooms were good size. The property was nice. The pool was a little small but we had no issues with it. Great Set Layout!

"For a group of 4 different couples, the layout with each room having its own private bathroom was perfect. However, I would love to see some changes/improvements to make it more comfortable. There are no curtains, just blinds, but they do not keep the light out. There are bright lights all around making it too bright in the bedrooms at night. There are only 2 pillows for each bed, we would prefer to see 2 per person, 4 for each bed. The beds were hard, too firm for our liking and only one couple slept well. There aren't any closets in 3 of the four bedrooms and the one room with a closet didn't have a dresser. One room had a wardrobe in which we could hang clothes, but it would be nice to see every room have some way of hanging clothes and a dresser. Other than that the area was a great, nice pool, nice grills, a nice location away from the busy parts of town, awesome community deck with an ice maker. I would stay here again if the rooms could be updated with the recommendation to sleep better.

"The property was in an excellent location and was as expected. Our only criticism was the lack of storage space in the bedrooms. There was only 4 men staying at the property so we had a bedroom and bathroom each, but in two bedrooms there was no wardrobe hanging space, and in one bedroom a small wardrobe, but no draws to put clothes. Only one bedroom had both wardrobe and draw space. We managed, just. But we left most of our clothes for our 5 night stay folded in the suitcases. No ideal. Everything else was perfect.

"From beginning to end this condo was great! Management was always available (and friendly) when it came to answering questions, giving suggestions when asked and helpful with referrals. The suite looked new, it was well equipped with essentials and all appliances looked new.

"Multi unit complex with shared pool, dock and deck overlooking the harbor. I bit away from Duval street which isn’t always a bad thing. I highly recommend staying here. Checkout is a little early 10am and they charge you for later checkout is the only thing I wasn’t completely happy with.

"The unit was beautiful and a perfect layout for our family visit. We liked that it was in a quieter area outside of the downtown area but still only 10 minutes from anywhere you wanted to go. One item to note is that, although it worked fine, the dishwasher unit was not completely secured in its cabinet. Also we recommend that grilling utensils be provided at the common grill area near the pool or in the unit. Other than those two minor items, it was a great place to stay.

"Very functional unit with 4 bedrooms each with a bath. 4 items I would like to mention - it was not stocked with any facial tissue, there was not a broiler pan or at least aluminum foil we could have used, the coffee filters did not fit the coffee maker and one odd thing - we stayed in unit 8 and could not find the switch to turn on the balcony lights

"Incredible condo. Very clean. It is our second year staying there and we love it. The only complaint we have is they do not stock enough towels and facecloths in the room for a weeks stay and expect the guests to wash them in the coin operated laundry. "My families and friends had a great stay at this condo for Christmas 2021. It is very conveniently located, within close proximity to all local attractions, mostly within 1-2 miles walking or driving distance. Property is very clean and stocked with plenty of amenities for our one-week stay. Internal deco is fresh and pretty. I would recommend the property to anyone. I just hope the management would upgrade the washer and dryer payment system to accept credit card, or Apple Pay, or at least dollar bills. Only accepting quarters is so old fashioned and not very convenient for guests who stayed for a week.

Upper Sunset North - 4 Bedroom Condo

"Cracked toilet set needs to be replaced. Handheld shower leaks and needs to be tightened or replaced. Lift at pool didn't work.

OVERALL, we loved the 4 bedroom condo. Clean, good location - easy enough to walk to downtown area (Duval Street). Would highly recommend this property. Hemingway House, Truman's Little White House, Fort Zachary Beach Area and Fort, Higgs Beach all great places to visit. Good restaurants to eat at: Rick's Blue Heaven, Banana Cafe, Lobster Shack, White Tarpon & Amigos Mexican.

"The condo was nicely decorated, clean and the property well maintained. It was great that each bedroom had it's own bathroom in the bedroom along with a half bath in the hall. Nice pool and lounging area with boat dock. Condo supplied all the basic necessities. The only complaint is the window treatments in the two bedrooms on each side of the front door allowed too much light in at night. Nice to have great security lighting outside but a little bright inside for sleeping. Would stay there again. Next time would request a unit that faces the marina and not the street.

"We traveled to Key West for a family reunion. There were 22 of us. We shared 3 condos. It worked out perfectly having multiple families share condos. Condos were clean and roomy for all of us!

"We loved staying at Bayfront Suites. It was clean and beautifully furnished. The overall property is very quaint and landscaped perfectly. Loved the common area on 2 Nd floor. It was about a mile from everything. Bring some walking shoes rom You can also Uber if necessary. Check in and out is easy. No complaints from this group of 8 adults over 55 years old. Would recommend.

"This rental was perfect for our family vacation with our 3 children and their spouses. Each couple had their own space with en suite bathrooms and the kitchen, dining and living areas (including the deck) were just right. Plenty of towels, including pool towels; as well as a nicely stocked kitchen.

"The unit is new and clean, but could use a couple of tweaks. The lights outside each unit stay on all night, which is great for security but lets in a lot of light into each bedroom. It would be great if there were blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Other than that the unit was great and provided everything we needed.

"This was a great getaway! We had a surprise birthday party for my wife and this home was a great place to stay. The house was roomy, enough bedrooms and baths to accommodate all six of us. The view of the bay was amazing! The location was the best, not too far from anything. We rode bikes to most attractions and out to eat. The place was in excellent condition and fully loaded with everything we needed! Will be back soon! Management was really nice to work with. They accommodated our every need! Javier and Carrie, hats off to you!

"Beautiful 4BR/5BA condo within walking distance to everything Key West. Well equipped and high end finishes with porch on one end and walk out to beautiful terrace overlooking water on the other side. Two minor flaws that are easy enough to work around -no closets in any of the bedrooms and narrow closet in bathroom has no shelves to make it useful. Some Rooms have dresser/storage unit, some do not. Second, could not find place to dispose of trash. But overall wonderful unit, perfect for our girls weekend trip.
