Upon entering this four-bedroom suite four-bathroom via our secure electronic lock system, one will first notice the high-end interior design the vacation home has to offer. This four-bedroom condo has been delicately crafted with high end furnishings, detailed moldings, and modern amenities. Plush couches with strategic accent pillows, a combination of single king and double-twin bedroom options, coupled with luxurious sheets along with a kitchen that’s fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, disposal and all the culinary tools needed to create the finest cuisine.

This vacation home offers the most necessary amenity for a stay in the Florida Keys, a private covered porch. Like a local, take a seat and lean back on your private porch to enjoy your morning coffee or take an afternoon break to read your favorite book. In Upper Bayview North, guests can find their expansive views of Garrison Bight and the property’s private dock.

Beyond visual accommodations, Bayfront Suites also offers all the creature comforts one would need in their home away from home. Parking is provided for the vacation homes, and for the electric traveler, a car charging station is provided on the property. "My family and I stayed at Bayfront Suites for Spring Break. The property was fantastic. The place we stayed had four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The place was spacious and immaculate. Not only was our place great but the pool and other outdoor spaces were fantastic. We used many places recommended by Key West Vacation Homes and they were all perfect. We fished, snorkeled and ate at some incredible restaurants. I would definitely use Key West Vacation Homes again and I would recommend them to everyone. Five stars!!

"This was a gem of a property, off the hustle bustle of Duval but completely walkable to everything. My husband and I traveled with our college age daughters and their boyfriends. Booked a 4 bed, 4 bathroom condo so that we would all have room/privacy but could hang out, cook and play games together. The condo was in perfect/clean condition, the management responsiveness to questions, etc was amazing! We loved having the waterview and the walkability of Key West - highly recommend!

"Great location. Property was well maintained and spacious with ample room for all of us to have our own spaces. The kitchen was a dream with top of the line appliances; it only lacked a colander. My only suggestion, other than adding a colander to the kitchen, would be to add hooks or clothes hanging posts on the walls of the two bedrooms which didn't have closets. We all had very positive vibes about Bayview North and all of us would certainly recommend it.

"Beautiful views from the condo and balcony. Quiet area not far to ride bike or walk to Duvall St. It does get dark at night so don't advice biking at night unless you have a light.

"The staff at Key West Vacations and this unit made our stay one that will provide memories for a lifetime. We were four couples, all retirees, well almost all. One hanger owner still working. The unit was furnished and decorated with newer furnishings. We had one issue with a dining chair and the staff sent someone to correct it within 20 minutes of our calling. There was adequate living space to accommodate everyone and each couple had their own private (and spacious ply sized) bath with a shower. Plenty of parking, and if you’re concerned about lugging bags to an upper floor unit, don’t be, there is a lift.
WE’LL BE BACK!!!

"Management sent me email updates regularly even months before arrival. We arrived an hour prior to check-in and were given access to the apartment. Although not located in the old town, the condo is only a 10-15 min walk to the middle of town. As a result of the location, the condo was quiet at night with the exception of the ever present crowing roosters which has infested the entire city. All of the staff I spoke with during my stay were extremely, courteous and helpful. One even arranged for bike rentals to be dropped off at the condo. The apartment was very clean, supplied with all the kitchen basics and surprisingly, laundry detergent for the free washing machine.

"We stayed in two units, a 4br and a 2 br. Both units were well designed, clean, pleasant and comfortable. There was adequate parking, a nice common area on the second floor over-looking the marina. Old Key West was a short 5 minute drive.
The pool was small, cozy and plenty of deck area for lounges.

"Overall, great trip and nice place to stay, well appointed and easy to access. We would certainly consider staying again, except for a couple minor annoyances. The unit we stayed in had significantly uncomfortable porch furniture, which was not a major problem, just slightly annoying not to be able to sit with comfort on the porch. The most significant annoyance was the king bed. The bed slept very hot and creaked with movement or getting in and out. Quite possibly the loudest creaking I have ever experienced. Getting in and out would certainly wake your partner. This was annoying enough that I would consider another property. Not having the leaf blowing guy out working at 8am while on vacation might be another recommendation for improvement, but these things happen.

I will say we had a miscommunication on bed set up, twin vs king in another bedroom and management corrected for us, and that was much appreciated.

Wonderful Location Perfect Vacation

"We spent 6 days here. The layout was perfect for our 3 couples. 3 of the 4 rooms have ensuite baths.4th bedroom bath is just across the hall. All 4 rooms make into kings. Kitchen well equipped with Kitchenaid appliances & dishes is smart tv. The view is fabulous right on the water and location close to old town.
Great off street parking. Pool gets lots of sun. BBQ grill for use of all units. Washer/dryers in central location, but there is a charge--bring your quarters or get at Publix. Description accurate, property clean/well-maintained. For Dining, don't miss Blue Heaven, First Flight, and Lattitudes. If you go to Dry Tortugas, go by seaplane. Taking the trolley or conch train is a good way to get the lay of the town-- really great thing to do on an overcast day. But hope all of your days are sunny!

"Spacious and modern, this rental with 4 BR and 4 BA worked for us. The shared pool was on the small side but was not overly busy. The coin-operated laundry was not too far from us, but a bit inconvenient for the overall cost we paid for our week. The 24-hour staff number was helpful for the pack and play needed. We also asked for more glasses, pillows and cookie tins which arrived fairly quickly. The rental has a lovely view and is not located in the Old Town but is relatively close to the airport. We were on the top level, which was fine, but the small elevator is very slow and sometimes unreliable.

"We stayed in a 4Bd suite facing the marina. It was amazing. The place looks brand new, was extremely modern and clean. We had 3 couples and used the 3 bedrooms that had their own bathrooms. The balcony was great, and we also sat in the common area outside which was very nice. We loved relaxing in the place and would 100% go back and recommend it. Only improvement would be closets or furniture that would allow for hanging clothes. That was odd but we dealt with it. We had a car and lived the location.

"We loved out time at Upper Bayview North! The property and amenities were very nice and, having arrived by boat, it was incredibly convenient to have a private dock out back. Contactless check in and check out were great as well. My only negative is that it is a little expensive, but that is the case with most placed in Key West. I'll definitely plan to stay there anytime I come by boat.

"Wonderful holiday! The property is set up for wonderful family stays. We had extended family in two units. We could gather on each other's balconies or on the community terrace, dock or pool. The property is beautifully decorated, landscaped and maintained. Staff were very responsive, courteous and friendly. "Our group of senior couples wanted to celebrate our Covid-19 vaccinations and Bayview North turned out to be the perfect place to do it. The guys could fish off the dock, the girls enjoyed the private pool, and we were both close enough and far enough from Duval St to take advantage of everything Key West had to offer.
Each of the three bedrooms we used had its own bath and the covered porch and living/dining areas provided space to gather, talk, read, and play cards or watch individual TV shows without conflict.

"We were able to dock our boat at the townhome and we took it out daily. The place was very clean. The only negatives were the refrigerator is visual and we think the cleaning crew accidentally pushed some buttons because it was not cool when we got there so it took almost 24 hours for it to cool down. The grill outside is not adequate and does not work properly. Everything else about the property was AMAZING. The location was perfect for boating and we could not be happier with the Service in courtesy of the staff. It would’ve been nice to be able to check in an hour early but that was not available.

"The place was stunning, brand new. No linens for pull out sofa. I had to call and ask for them. The host very non responsive even leading up to my arrival (before Corona) I wouldn't return for that reason. For the room night rate I paid I would have expected better communication.

Great Apt in wonderful location for a weekend in Key West

"7 of us stayed in this new apartment complex. All the bedrooms have their own bathroom! We had a lovely balcony overlooking the pool and marina. Easy 10-15 walk to Duval Street and Mallory Square (or quick Uber).

"We really enjoyed our stay. This suite was perfect for our family group of 8. We were traveling with 2 grandmothers and our 4 twenty something daughters. Everyone found fun things to do and the 4 bedroom suite was the perfect size and it was great that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Nice view over the harbor and the pool was perfect
