Upon entering this three-bedroom two-bathroom suite via our secure electronic lock system, one will first notice the tall ceilings and the high-end interior design the vacation home has to offer. This three-bedroom condo has been delicately crafted with high end furnishings, detailed moldings, and modern amenities. Plush couches with strategic accent pillows, a combination of single king and double-twin bedroom options, coupled with luxurious sheets along with a kitchen that’s fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, disposal and all the culinary tools needed to create the finest cuisine.

This vacation home offers the most necessary amenity for a stay in the Florida Keys, a private covered porch with access to the ground level, which leads to the water’s edge and pool area. Like a local, take a seat and lean back on your private porch to enjoy your morning coffee or take an afternoon break to read your favorite book. In Middle Bayview, guests can find their expansive views of Garrison Bight, from the property’s dock as well as the pool.

Beyond visual accommodations, Bayfront Suites also offers all the creature comforts one would need in their home away from home. Parking is provided for the vacation homes, and for the electric traveler, a car charging station is provided on the property. There is also complimentary wireless internet throughout the property, including the pool and tiki hut. Other amenities such as luxurious high thread count sheets, Virtual Concierges through Alexa, wireless thermostat and just in case you don’t get to the store in time, we provide your first morning’s coffee. The best part about these amenities, are that they align with Key West’s lifestyle to do good to Mother Earth. Our unique pool design is perfect for any traveler including families. There is a dip area for shallow water enjoyment that kids love and designed for even the smallest of guests in mind. There are several ledges along the pool’s edge for relaxation. Situated on the water’s edge, enjoy the view while you soak. Plenty of lounge chairs and tables line the pool deck.

A rooftop deck was designed into the building of this fabulous small resort for guest’s enjoyment as well as to aid in providing a special area for which guests can have memorable events. We encourage guests to enjoy the panorama view from this rooftop deck overlooking Garrison Bight.

We can accommodate one vessel up to 11' beam per reservation at no additional charge.

"Came down for a Stick Figure concert with some friends. Wanted a place on the water with a dock so we could take our boat out. The building is beautiful and clean. Nice location that is quiet.

"Very clean and comfortable! Beautiful new dock also that was just completed! Right across from the City Marina boat ramp so if you are coming with a boat it's very convenient. All amenities are as described. The only issue we had while staying there a week was the weather. We happened to come during a storm period. I would suggest a golf cart rental to navigate around Key West. Best places to eat were Salute! and Blue Heaven. Enjoy!

"My Brother, sister and I returned to Key West for our second annual winter get-away vacation. We chose to return to the same unit we stayed in last year which is awesome! In addition, we appreciated the staff’s response to some questions we had before we arrived. We did not experience any issues at all with the unit. Hope to be back in ‘25.

"Nice AirB&B that for the age has been taken care of. Very close to downtown which made it a plus! Our first time in Key West and we were accommodated with an early check in. It was Christmas so I very much appreciated that! The only reason I would not give it 5 stars is due to the beds and the bedroom door that is very hard to close (it drags at the top). The beds could definitely use an upgrade. Not comfortable at all. For the price of the villa I would expect them to be better. Also, I had requested the twin beds be converted into a king size bed and that was not done. I sent an email and called as well.

"The Bayview Middle was perfect for adult family of 5! We stayed for a week. Having the porch, dock, pool right outside was perfect. Management was helpful for a few items missing in kitchen. The free laundry upstairs was nice. Location was just far enough from Duval street but not too far. We rented bikes for the week and used them, easy to park in busy areas vs a golf cart.. Other times at night we walk and then Ubered back. Only fault of condo was a musty smell sometimes, minor to us. I definitely would come back!

"Loved the home. It was exactly as described, very clean and good location outside of Duval Street. The pool was right outside door, although small we pretty much had to ourself. The first few nights were quiet, but once others joined in adjacent buildings, the noise factor was significant. Walls seemed paper thin.

"The unit was very very clean. Everything was first class. Bedding, bath fixtures, furniture , and appliances. We had a minor problem with the air conditioner and call the number for service. Surprise a very nice and helpful person answered on the first ring. We went out to eat and when we came back the problem was fixed.

"The condo is very nice except there is only one closet in the dining area. No closets in the bedrooms! Also had to ask for extra towels and TP which were delivered promptly. There was a message sent (which We missed) that was asking us to strip beds and pile up towels and sheets by the back door on departure. All in all though the property is pretty and spotless, the view off the porch is the best! The small pool was really clean and nice. Other guests were friendly and we had a great time!

"Our vacation in Key West was simply phenomenal. We were very pleased from the moment that we walked in to this 3 bedroom unit and was blown away is blown away by how perfect it was. "This was a first for our family of five. The Keys was amazing and we can’t wait to return one day. This rental was a perfect fit for our family with the three bedrooms and two baths. The water view was amazing and we were on the lower level which I loved.....we walked right out to the pool. Super private and quiet. Just what we were looking for. "The rental was exactly as pictured...except was bigger than I imagined! We had plenty of room and everything we needed. Lots of extra touches like beach towels, good shampoo and conditioner and more! The process was very easy with the company giving us everything we needed in advance. We had to change our original date due to Covid, and rescheduling could not have been easier.

Boater's dream in Key West

"If you are bring a boat or jetskis down to Key West, then Bayview Suites & Marina is amazing. It is a new property right on the water (in a protected bay) with boat docks. Everything is modern, nice, and clean. You are 10 blocks from Duval street, so close enough to walk, but far enough away to get a peaceful night's sleep. There is a marina about 100 yards from the boat dock with gas and a boat ramp with trailer storage in the same inlet. We stayed their for lobster mini-season with two families (two units) and loved every minute. Whether you plan to bring a boat or rent, this is a great property!

Senior Trip Get-away

"Our son selected Key West for his family senior trip (high school). We were thrilled to find such a beautiful place to stay with our family of six. It was nice to have a central location to “go home to” as we explored the area. It was quiet, comfortable and sparkling clean. The pool and bay view were great. It even had a fishing pole waiting for us in the front closet which our boys loved! The on-site communal laundry was a very nice plus. Loved the easy app that was filled with lots of good info. Other than keeping a few extra blankets on hand, and the wish for a hot tub, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Towards the end of our 7-day stay, Key West was shutting down to prevent the spread of COVID-19. People remained friendly and helpful throughout. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

"First I want to say that overall my experience with this rental was awesome! It was so clean and we had the perfect location to sit on the deck and look at the water. There were just a couple of things that I wanted to mention that may need looked into. When we arrived one of the pictures in the master bedroom was on the floor. My husband tried to put it back up but it kept falling off so we left it off. Also the towel bar in the bathroom off that bedroom fell off and had to be put back on. I was surprised that this unit only had 2 bathrooms because I thought it said 3 when I originally rented it. Not a big deal, just didn't know. The only other thing we noticed is that there is only 1 closet in the whole unit. Again, not a big deal, just surprised. We will DEFINITELY stay there again!

"We were a group of 3 couples down for a music festival. The condo had everything needed to make our stay enjoyable. The only thing we would have liked was a few extra blankets and pillows as our sleeping comforts ran different for each couple. But other than that it was terrific!
