Sunset South (not waterfront) is the place to stay if you are looking for lodging where you and your guests can fully unwind in a coastal chic, home in Key West. The comfortable design and luxurious amenities are second to none in Key West and are sure to make your stay, a memorable one.

Near the elevator and upon entering this two-bedroom one-bathroom suite via our secure electronic lock system, one will first notice the high-end interior design the vacation home has to offer. This two-bedroom condo has been delicately crafted with high end furnishings, detailed moldings, and modern amenities. Plush couches with strategic accent pillows, a combination of single king and double-twin bedroom options, coupled with luxurious sheets along with a kitchen that’s fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, disposal and all the culinary tools needed to create the finest cuisine.

This vacation home offers the most necessary amenity for a stay in the Florida Keys, a private and rather large, covered porch. Like a local, take a seat and lean back on your private porch to enjoy your morning coffee or take an afternoon break to read your favorite book. In Sunset South, guests can find their view of nearby neighborhood and natural foliage of the “Meadows”, a local term for the surrounding area.

Beyond visual accommodations, Bayfront Suites also offers all the creature comforts one would need in their home away from home. Parking is provided for the vacation homes, and for the electric traveler, a car charging station is provided on the property. There is also complimentary wireless internet throughout the property, including the pool and tiki hut. Other amenities such as luxurious high thread count sheets, Virtual Concierges through Alexa, wireless thermostat and just in case you don’t get to the store in time, we provide your first morning’s coffee. The best part about these amenities, are that they align with Key West’s lifestyle to do good to Mother Earth. Bayfront Suites is a certified green building and LEED Certified, which means that a stay at Bayfront Suites is a step in reducing one’s carbon footprint.

Our unique pool design is perfect for any traveler including families. There is a dip area for shallow water enjoyment that kids love and designed for even the smallest of guests in mind. There are several ledges along the pool’s edge for relaxation. Situated on the water’s edge, enjoy the view while you soak. Plenty of lounge chairs and tables line the pool deck.

A rooftop deck was designed into the building of this fabulous small resort for guest’s enjoyment as well as to aid in providing a special area for which guests can enjoy. We encourage guests to enjoy the panorama view from this rooftop deck overlooking Garrison Bight.

"We loved our stay at Bayfront Suites. The location was perfect, being off the main Duval St. area by approx. a mile easy to walk, bike or uber everywhere. The unit was clean, had great kitchen appliances and utensils with new furnishings. As others have mentioned the only thing missing that would be an easy fix is hooks/small closest space. The unit's outdoor deck was perfect as was the upper shared deck and pool and nice that it is on Bay. The manager was so responsive, knowledgeable and fun to talk to! I would highly recommend to anyone that doesn't want to be right in the midst of the action, but close enough to walk. Also, the neighborhood has many walkable off the beaten path restaurants and charters right on the bay.

"Condo was in a quiet neighborhood located close to everything
Rented scooters right down the street (sunshine rentals, they pick you up at the airport and store luggage for you for your return flight, give you a ride back to airport.
Restaurants, Duvall Street, the Harbor shops and restaurants close.
Close to Fury Adventure excursions. Condo itself was spacious, clean, and pool area was nice overlooking the marina. Smokey’s BBQ walking distance and excellent BBQ. Would recommend to stay there. Owner was friendly and allowed us in early. We had a Grand time in the Keys.

"The location, cleanliness and price were wonderful for this condo. The management was very helpful and quick to respond. However, consider bringing your drying rack since there is only one towel bar and one hook. Musty towels are awful. Also, our second bedroom was against the elevator shaft so our adult children got no sleep due to people going up and down into the night.

"We loved our 2-bedroom rental! It was spacious, clean, and comfortable! We enjoyed the large balcony with plenty of shade and a ceiling fan. The pool is refreshing and overlooks the water. We did find some sort of transportation to the restaurants and shops is a must. We rented a golf cart and had a blast!

"This was the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed. Nice updated decor and appliances. Loved the front porch. Nice pool area, small but never crowded. We had cancelled our rental car but realized having one would be less than using Ubering everywhere so went back to airport to rent one. It was nice to have to run to the store and drive to downtown.
Adding a full length mirror, hooks in the bathroom and bedrooms would be helpful. There is no where to hang towels or swimsuits. A dresser in the second BR would be helpful. The hallway is open so could add a mirror and dresser there.
We had to get change and wash our own towels and the dryer did not work well. We also had to buy more toilet paper.
Adding blackout drapes to bedrooms would block light for sleeping.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and loved the location and amenities.

"The condo was new, clean, and was stocked with all the things you would need. The furniture was comfortable. There is a nice 2nd story patio on the property overlooking the marina and nice seating down by the marina to just enjoy watching boats. We rented a golf cart and moved around the island pretty easily.

"The rental was in a good location and had all the basic supplies/towels/dishes. The grounds were beautiful. More mirrors would have been helpful as the only one was in the bathroom. We were told we could drop our bags off at the office sine we had an early arrival, but didn’t realize the office was at a completely different location that was impossible to find. Information from the hospitality app and the concierge info from Alexa contradicted which was frustrating. Too many forms of communication and none of them consistent. The actual rental was beautiful.

"We rented two bedroom Unit #1. Beware. The security light shines directly into one of the bedroom windows. Blinds don't block it out and there are no curtains. Called property management and they sent a worker to cover the windows. He came--but didn't do anything. We expected him to return with supplies and he never did. Also, lousy pillows and scratchy sheets. Mattresses uncomfortable. Expected more for the $$$. Everything is fixable and it could be a great place,

"Beautiful condo on marina away from the Duval St craziness. The only problem we had was the door sticking...called management & soon were able to access property. Need more towel racks in bathroom or over-the-door rack; full length mirror; cookie sheet. Otherwise condo was perfectly furnished. Would definitely stay again!

"Great experience; up to date amenities and very clean. Pictures on website are true representations of unit quality. Plenty of parking. Enjoyed sitting in the lounge chairs by the water each evening while sipping on our Piña Coladas. On a quite street away from all the busyness of old town. We will be back to stay here again.

A few small considerations for the unit we rented; coffee mugs are way too small (6-8oz) so if you like your morning coffee bring you own large mug, the front room large windows and sliding glass door don't have any window coverings and everyone on the outside can see in, no closet space and just enough dresser space for two people.

"I would rent again from you in a second. We own a home at NJ shore and rented it for years so we know about rentals. This was spectacular! Clean, beautiful, great location, everything we needed inside. I forgot my hairdryer, went to CVS to buy one and then realized there was one in the bathroom - truly thought of everything. Had issue with TV getting all channels in lvg room; workmen were onsite often, in minutes, they fixed it. Polite, friendly, helpful. All i had to do was ask and it was handled right away! We rented bikes and didn't need car at all! Pool was clean, plenty of chairs, great!
